The Service
Amy is a digital character. Voice calls and message replies are generated by AI. Content on the Service is entertainment and is not advice of any kind.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older.
Payments
Call minutes are sold in packs, charged per second of call time, and do not expire. Minute packs are non-refundable once any of the pack has been used. The exclusive content subscription renews monthly until cancelled; cancel any time and access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices are in USD and processed by Stripe.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to obtain sexually explicit content, harass, abuse, or use the Service for anything unlawful. Content from the exclusive area is for your personal use and may not be shared, resold or redistributed. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Content and IP
All images, audio and text on the Service belong to us. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to view them while you have access.
Liability
The Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
