Privacy Policy

This policy explains what amyfromsweden.com and call.amyfromsweden.com ("the Service") collect, why, and how you can control it. The Service is operated by Bazaar Vid Ltd, Ireland ("we").
What we collect
- Account: your email address, used to log you in with a one-time link.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer id, purchase history and subscription status. We never see your card number.
- Conversations: voice calls with Amy are transcribed and may be recorded for quality review; Instagram direct messages sent to @amy.from.sweden are stored. We keep a short summary of your conversations so Amy can remember you next time.
- Instagram: if you message @amy.from.sweden, we receive your Instagram-scoped user id, username and your messages through Meta's Instagram Messaging API. We do not access your followers, posts or contacts.
- Technical: IP address and basic device information in server logs, and anonymous page analytics.
How we use it
To run the Service: log you in, meter and bill call minutes, deliver subscription content, reply to your messages, remember your previous conversations, prevent abuse, and improve Amy's replies. Conversations are processed by AI providers (OpenAI) to generate Amy's voice and text replies. We do not sell your data.
Retention
Call recordings are deleted after 7 days. Transcripts, messages and memory summaries are kept while your account exists. Payment records are kept as required by law.
Your rights
You can ask us to export or delete your data, including everything Amy remembers about you, at any time by emailing privacy@amyfromsweden.com. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days. You can cancel a subscription any time from the Manage subscription link.
Age
The Service is for adults aged 18 and over.
